Reports wont show any result in another User Account

Hi,

i got a problem with all the reports which where created in by one user. This user has left our company. The weird think is that all the reports the user has created works/runs fine in that users account.

The problem is if i try to run exactly the same report in my user account it does not show any values, except of one that is total count of the data entries. I got the connection to the database, i created a test report with basic values, it works fine.

The reports wont run on any other user account. It just run fine in the account where it got created.

I assume the user must have setup something in his Crystal Reports, DB2 or anywhere else. Attributes and the rights are exactly the same. My account is in the same group like the other account. I do have exactly the same rights i also can modify the file and safe it but i cant see the result after i run the report. If i can't check the results it makes no sense to modify it. I have to login in that account to do the modifications or to test them.

I have a tool which runs report independetly. There i can see the result in any account. The reports does only not work in Crystal Reports.

Anyone has idea what could be wrong ? I have tried everything but i cant find out what the problem is.

It's really urgent i hope someone has a solution

TrayHard to say, have you checked the database connections under the "working id" and compared them with yours. Perhaps he set up a custom connection to the database that your connection does not have.
