ReportViewer 2005

Does anybody know how to get Reportviewer 2005 working on .Net 2003 web application?

I can't add ReportViewer 2005 (Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll) to an asp.net v1 application. ASP.net V1 doesn't recognise Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll as a valid dll. ReportViewer from VS 2005 doesn't work with VS 2000 web applications.
