When reports render from an instance cache, they consistently fail in error.
After configuraing a report to be cached, the first request works fine (not
yet in cache) and then subequent requests take several seconds before they
blow-up with:
Reporting Services Error

An error occurred during report processing. (rsProcessingAborted) Get Online

Index was outside the bounds of the array.

Paul TurleyIf a report prompts users for credentials or uses Windows Authentication, it
cannot be cached. Are you using any authentication mechanism?
